I was referred to Freedom by Michael Kaplan of Genesis Floors in Eldersburg. I had a great experience there, so I didn't give a second thought to calling Freedom and based on my experience, don't plan to consider calling anyone else. It started with the call to set things up. The call was returned promptly and was handled in a friendly and professional way. On the day the work was to be done, Ken called me to ask if he could come early. When they arrived Ken and Howard were courteous and professional, answering all my questions and explaining, not only how the cleaning process worked, but gave me a brief lesson about the various types of carpets as well. Since I am far from an expert, I appreciated the time and the information. They worked steadily and expertly. What I think I appreciated most was their upfront attitude about what they would and would not be able to do and I am completely satisfied with the results. They took the cheap, nylon contractors carpet that the previous owners (and my wife and I to a lesser extent) had made dirty and very well worn and brought it back to life, saving me hundreds to replace it. I will be calling them again and letting everyone I know about Freedom. I had put off getting the work done because I thought it would be a hassle and expensive. Neither was the case with Freedom.
